Estany has two years of experience in civil engineering and over seven years of experience in the construction industry. Since arriving in Australia seven years ago, he has worked as both a labourer and a team manager in construction and demolition, gaining strong hands-on knowledge of the industry. Thanks to his strong interpersonal skills and genuine interest in helping others, Estany is able to connect the right workers with the right projects. Acting as the link between workers and clients, he focuses on building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
